Contest Period:<\/strong><\/h2>
The Mint Valley Credit Union (\u201cSponsor\u201d) Jolly Beard Contest (\u201cContest\u201d) begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on November 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on December 12, 2025 (\u201cContest Period\u201d). The winner will be announced on or around December 15, 2025.<\/div>

Eligibility:<\/strong><\/h2>
The Contest is open only to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older\u00a0and who are members of Mint Valley Credit Union<\/strong> at the time of entry and at the time the prize is awarded. Employees, officers, and directors of Mint Valley Credit Union, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or households are eligible to participate but may not serve as contest judges. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.<\/div>

How to Enter:<\/strong><\/h2>
No purchase necessary. During the Contest Period, entrants must submit a photo of their beard using the official contest entry form provided by Mint Valley Credit Union. Limit one entry per person.<\/div>

Contest Judging and Winner Selection:<\/strong><\/h2>
All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be reviewed by a panel of Mint Valley Credit Union staff members. The staff will select one (1) winner based on which beard most resembles Santa’s Beard. All decisions of the judging panel are final and cannot be disputed. There are no methods by which entrants can increase their odds of winning.<\/div>

Prize:<\/strong><\/h2>
One (1) winner will receive $50. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor\u2019s sole discretion.\u00a0Winner must be a Mint Valley Credit Union member in good standing to claim the prize.<\/strong><\/div>

Odds of Winning:<\/strong><\/h2>
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.<\/div>

Winner Notification:<\/strong><\/h2>
The potential winner will be notified on or around December 15, 2025, using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, another winner may be selected at Sponsor\u2019s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify membership eligibility prior to awarding the prize.<\/div>

General Conditions:<\/strong><\/h2>
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Mint Valley Credit Union staff, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest. By entering, entrants grant Sponsor the right to use submitted photos, names, and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.<\/div>

Release and Limitations of Liability:<\/strong><\/h2>
By participating, entrants release Mint Valley Credit Union, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.<\/div>
